These Terms govern the use of the "Kalories" mobile application (hereinafter, "the App"). By installing or using the App you accept these conditions.
A personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence is granted to use the App on devices you own or control. Reverse engineering, decompilation, rental, assignment or distribution of the App is not permitted except as allowed by law.
The App requires iOS 17 or later. It is also available for Apple Watch. We may publish updates that change features or compatibility.
The data you enter (foods, recipes, images, goals, etc.) is stored on your device and synced with your private iCloud account. You are responsible for the content entered and for making backups if you wish.
Kalories is designed to work without accounts or tracking. See the Privacy policy for more details.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss arising from its use. Kalories does not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.
We may update these Terms. When there are significant changes, we will indicate this with an App update or on the website.
