These Terms govern the use of the "Kalories" mobile application (hereinafter, the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these conditions.
1. License
A personal, limited, non‑exclusive and non‑transferable license is granted to use the App on devices you own or control. Reverse engineering, decompilation, rental, assignment or distribution of the App is not permitted except as allowed by law.
2. Requirements and updates
The App requires iOS 17 or later, or macOS 14 (Apple Silicon). We may publish updates that change features or compatibility.
3. User content
The data you enter (foods, recipes, images, goals, etc.) is stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter and for making backups if you wish.
4. Privacy
Kalories is designed to work without accounts or tracking. See the Privacy policy for details.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss arising from its use. Kalories does not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. When there are significant changes, we will indicate so through an app update or on the website.
